Shipping Policy — VOLA WATER SPORT

At VOLA WATER SPORT, we work with a print-on-demand production system. This means each product is made specifically for each customer once the order is placed. As a result, production and shipping times may vary depending on the product type, workload and destination.

Production Times

Production usually takes between 2 and 5 business days. This timeframe may vary during peak seasons or due to availability at printing facilities.

Shipping Times

Once production is complete, estimated delivery times are:

Spain: 3–7 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the courier service, customer location and external factors beyond our control (weather conditions, customs, holidays, etc.).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the products included in the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, whenever tracking is available. Please note that full tracking may not be available in all countries or regions.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot offer refunds. In some cases, the order may be reshipped with an additional shipping cost.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to the sender due to delivery failure (incorrect address, repeated absence, unprocessed customs fees, etc.), we may reship it with an extra shipping charge. Refunds are not available for undelivered packages caused by customer error.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at volawatersport@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of the package. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement at no additional cost when applicable.

International Shipping and Customs

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Changes to the Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or logistics partners. The updated version will be posted with the corresponding date.
