Return Policy — VOLA

At VOLA, we work with a print-on-demand production system. Each product is custom-made once an order is placed. This means we do not hold stock, and every item is produced specifically for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color preferences, change of mind, or ordering errors. Every garment is printed exclusively for the customer who purchases it.

However, we do accept replacements in the following cases:

  • Printing defects

  • Faulty or damaged garments

  • Incorrect items received (wrong model, size, or design compared to the order placed)

In these cases, VOLA will cover the full cost of the replacement.

How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement due to a defect or incorrect item, please contact us at volawatersport@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item

Once the issue is verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will handle the replacement directly with our print provider. You will not incur any additional charges.

Legal Basis — Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Since our products are printed on demand and created specifically for each customer, they fall under this exemption. For this reason, cancellations, returns or refunds are not available once production has begun, except in cases of defective or incorrect products as described above.

Additional Information

We do not accept returns due to natural wear, misuse, or improper washing. We do not offer refunds if the customer selects the wrong size. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
